Understanding Your Dashboard

The Tournament Doctor dashboard is your central hub for managing all tournament activities. Here's a complete guide to navigating your dashboard.

Welcome Card

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see your welcome card displaying:

  • Your username and greeting
  • Current subscription level and expiration date
  • Auto-renewal status
  • Quick action buttons for common tasks

Quick Actions

The quick action buttons provide one-click access to:

  • New Tournament: Create a new singles or doubles tournament
  • Manage Bowlers: View and edit your bowler database
  • Bowling Centers: Manage your bowling center locations
  • Social Media: Create shareable tournament graphics
  • Points Report: View season points standings (if enabled)

Tournament List

Below the welcome card, you'll find all your tournaments organized with:

  • Tournament name, date, and type (Singles/Doubles)
  • Entry count and total payout amount
  • Feature badges showing enabled options (sidepots, eliminators, brackets, stepladder)
  • Score status indicator
  • Action buttons for each tournament

Grouping Options

Use the "Group by" dropdown to organize your tournaments by:

  • All: Show all tournaments in a single list
  • Year: Group tournaments by year
  • Month: Group tournaments by month
